What's In My Holiday Washbag
I am guilty. Guilty of always overpacking, particularly with toiletries.
There are a few things I know that I won't be packing, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash won't be featuring. As we're going on a cruise, the bathrooms will have those products in them, and I know they will be semi-decent as Holland America have a deal with Elemis.
What I will be taking though, personally I think is quite restrained. So my usual skincare will obviously be going, we're going on a family holiday where plenty of photos will be taken, it's not really the right time to be testing out new products.
Then I have three tubes of sunscreen, one big bottle for the morning, one smaller tube I can carry around with me and then my face sunscreen, which I really like.
Hair-wise, I'm really only packing styling products, these are all from The Ouai, which I really like, I have the wave spray, finishing creme and rose hair and body oil. These are all travel size, but I will be picking up a full-size hair oil, and finishing creme when I get to Sydney. I've also got a few sachets of the Nak 60-second treatment, I'll be spending most of my time in the sun, so my hair will probably dry out, so to counteract this I have this treatment, which I've been using for years.
Then miscellaneous things I've packed some makeup remover wipes, I usually use a balm to take my makeup off, but it's not really travel-friendly, so I've packed these Sephora makeup remover wipes, which are okay, I mean there wipes so not the greatest. Then I've also packed a few sheet masks, again for hydrating after spending so much time in the sun. We are away for 17 days, so I will probably at least use one or two of these.
I think this might be one of the first trips where I don't think I've overpacked and am happy with every single product that I have.
What do you make sure you always pack when going away?
